Grape Sour, Creation of Charles Vexenat
  • 2 parts of Pernod Absinthe
  • 1 part of simple syrup (1 part sugar–1 part water)
  • 1 part of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters
  • 8-10 white seedless grapes
  • 1 egg white
Grape Sour, Creation of Charles Vexenat, made with Pernod Absinthe

Muddle the grapes then dry shake all ingredients. Shake with ice cubes and double strain into a wine glass. Garnish with fennel seeds.
