Grape Sour, Creation of Charles Vexenat
- 2 parts of Pernod Absinthe
- 1 part of simple syrup (1 part sugar–1 part water)
- 1 part of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- 8-10 white seedless grapes
- 1 egg white
Muddle the grapes then dry shake all ingredients. Shake with ice cubes and double strain into a wine glass. Garnish with fennel seeds.
